Bookstore Haul: A little bit more serious books

Slika
Hey guys! Yesterday I was shopping with my friend and as always we ended up in our favourite bookstore Felix. And of course after rounds between book shelfs, I bought two books: The Gift of Travel  and Coelho's Fifth Mountain. For the whole summer after my final exams at high school, I've been reading just the "light" literature, and I wanted to start reading more books about life, personal growth and spirituality. I feel the need to fill myself with new "food" form my brain to process and to develop my thoughts, to broaden my horizons. I really like to travel, so I'm very excited to read the first book, The Gift of Travel, which is a book made up of a number of different travel journals from different authors. I can't wait to read this book. I'm also very spiritual person, my thoughts like to develop different questions and theories about living life, the influence of the universe, balance in our life and of course karma. My new Magic Planner

Slika
Hey readers :) This year I got my Magic Planner and I was absolutely in love with it so I got another one for next year. I've been following Magic Planner on Facebook an Instagram for a long time and when I saw their post about cleaning their warehouse supplies and they are giving away planners for free. And I said: "Why not?", and I ordered one. And when it finally came I fell in love with it. Planner has a lot of functions, a basic calendar and what I love the most; weekly quotes, weekly and monthly goals, weekly to-buy and workout lists and so on. On the beginning you describe your life and what do you want to acheive, wish list, some shopping and travel lists, monthly income and spending list. At the end is something that fascinates me the most. You evaluate your self growth, achievements and good things that happened to you in one year. I also got a cute motivation card that is now on my wall that reminds me about happiness. This is my planner till the end ...

Review: The Wish List

Slika
Hello readers! I've started with school and I don't have much time for reading anymore, but I've finished Jane Costello's The Wish List. I bought it in our local bookstore Felix, my favourite. The book is about Emma Reiss, a woman who is about to turn thirty in a few months. One day she finds a wish list, that she and her friends had written in their youth. The Wish List should be completed before she turns thirty, so she decides to make everything happen before her birthday. Her love life is a mess, she isn't happy with her job, although she has a very good salary and she loves doing it. When her life turns upside down because of her list, she finds out that she didn't really want to change her job and that her boyfriend Rob is too perfect for her. But she meets Matt, an interesting neighbour that makes her heart skip a beat. At the end she is very happy with her finished list, but is it enough for her happiness? The book is very well-written, I laugh...

Review: One night promised

Slika
Hello people :) Lately I've been obsessed with Jodi Ellen Malpas's books, so I started another series of hers. I've been really obsessed with romantic novels this past weeks, so this book was right for me. Livy is a normal woman in her mid-twenties and hasn't had a normal social life, because she had been caring for her her grandmother. She started working in the coffee shop and she met a man, who was a walking God. He offers her a one night stand and she is so enchanted by his perfection. Everything is perfect until she finds out that Miller is a male escort, women are paying him for sex. And because she fell in love with him and she is devastated and depressed. What will she do next? Will she let him back into his life or will she get over him? The One Night series is very similar to This Man series, a man is perfect and their relationship is passionate and whirlwind. But again the man is too perfect and unreal, which is actually okay with me. But if I look at t...
